We have all been wronged to some degree and this will help you understand some aspects of how to deal with that and ultimately how to forgive those that have wronged you and even totwl to forgive yourself for wronging others. Not only does this mean never reminding them of their wrong and your hurt, but it also means helping them through any guilt they may have.

I completely agree with Rev. Forgiveness is divine, but it must flow not only from God to self, but continue to flow from self to others. If conversation ensues, say that which would set themfree from guilt.
The question is how to better rely on the love that is stronger than our pain. The book is now in 20 languages and has been accepted in China!
