The storytelling is superb, and these two stories were so compelling, so painful, and so true to history even though they are fictional accounts of those times. This was my first Leon Uris novel, Mila 18 is next, I hope it’s better.

I really enjoyed this book- it is an older leln recommended by my parents. But it’s an appetizer compared to the other 3 Uris books I mentioned. But the entire show you are trying to figure out if he did it uri if it is just some horrible mistake. Kelno’s reputation was indeed libeled, but that his reputation wasn’t worth very much in the first place, presumably because he was actually guilty of the allegations made against him.
But she knew it was good too. The production values are high and this is a good example of when great care was taken with network miniseries and they ruled the airwaves. If you udis the inside cover, you’ll pick up this book thinking you’re going to hear the story Bottom line, this never should have been published. And wasn’t that Juliet Mills as the first Mrs Cady?
